What are your candles made from?
Our candles are made using 100% natural soy wax, chosen for its clean burn, beautiful scent throw and smooth finish. Each candle is carefully hand poured in New Zealand in small batches with quality fragrance oils and care in every detail.

How big are your candles?
Our amber candle jars are 200mL.

How should I choose a fragrance?
Each fragrance has been carefully chosen to create its own unique feel. Take a look at the scent description listed under each candle to find the one that sounds most like you. Whether you love something fresh and light, warm and cosy, or rich and moody, there’s a Bo & Co scent for every space and mood.

How long do your candles burn for?
Our 200mL candles have an approximate burn time of 40+ hours. Burn time may vary depending on how the candle is cared for.

How do I prevent my candle from tunnelling?
The very first burn is the most important. Allow the candle to burn until the melted wax reaches the edge of the jar, creating a full melt pool across the entire surface. This usually takes around 2–3 hours and helps prevent tunnelling, ensuring an even burn for the life of the candle.

Why does my candle look slightly different from another?
Each Bo & Co candle is hand-poured in small batches, you may notice slight variations between candles. Small differences in the wax, finish or appearance are completely natural and are simply part of what makes each hand-poured candle unique.
